The core of what we do is portable sanitation. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons, sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands roughly 92 inches tall. For construction work under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), the math is straightforward: one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 200, then one per 50 workers at 200 or more. Beyond toilets, we rent roll-off dumpster rental for demolition and new construction. A roll-off needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we'll walk your site before we book it. Can I rent a porta potty for just one day?
Yes. Day rental, weekend rental and weekly rental are all priced differently because shorter terms cost more per day. Weekly is cheaper than daily when you look at daily rate. Call for exact pricing on your dates.
Do you service portable toilets, or do I have to empty them myself?
We service every unit we deliver. We pump the tank, replace the paper and chemicals, and clean the seat every visit. You never touch the inside. That's our job, not yours.
What if I need a restroom with running water and a sink?
Restroom trailer rental is your answer. It's plumbed, heated, air conditioned and it has real plumbing. Weddings, corporate events and film sets use them. We deliver, set up, service weekly and pick up when you're done.
Do you work in the Irving area year round?
